Bitchin Blooms
Bitchin Blooms
Bitchin Blooms is a Santa Monica based floral studio with a knack for color and an obsession with lively modern design. My role for this project was photographer, creative direction, and production.
For this Valentine’s Day campaign, I worked with Bitchin Blooms to capture a series of photos and videos that highlight the raw charm and attitude behind their arrangements. The collection shows flowers in everyday spaces—like a sink, a chair, or a simple bottle—blending elegance with a more casual, lived-in feel. I was inspired by the mix of soft blooms and ordinary objects, and how that contrast makes the arrangements stand out. These images and clips are meant to showcase the Valentine’s collection in a way that feels unexpected but still true to the brand’s playful, rebellious spirit.
Before arriving at the final visuals you see below, I start by building a process deck for the client. It’s a chance to lock in the mood, color palette, and overall direction before production begins. Laying out concepts this way helps align expectations early, so when it comes time to shoot, the creative vision feels clear and intentional. Planning up front is always the smoothest path to strong results.
